About FirstNet Master

 

What is FirstNet Master?

FirstNet Master allows you to access your Colonial First State investment details quickly and easily, as well as obtain access to the latest market and performance information.

To access FirstNet Master you will need a Masterfund code, Administrator ID and PIN.

You can register by mail to obtain your login codes.

Gaining access to FirstNet Master

You can gain access FirstNet Master by completing the FirstNet Master registration form and sending it in to the address indicated on the form.

This will allow us to issue you with a Masterfund code, Administrator ID and Personal Identification (PIN) number, providing a high level of security.

Getting started on FirstNet Master

Once you have our letter confirming your registration for FirstNet Master, you have all the information you need to get started. The first step is to go to the Internet site at www.colonialfirststate.com.au and click on the FirstNet login button at the top of the page and select the FirstNet Master application. You will be asked to type in your Masterfund code, Administrator ID and PIN.

What is a PIN?

Your PIN is a 6 digit number that you use to login to FirstNet Master. It can only consist of numbers eg. 333000.

What happens if I lose or forget my PIN?

If you believe or suspect that your PIN has been lost or stolen or become known to someone else you should contact the Adviser Services Centre on 13 18 36 and request that a new PIN is sent to you. For security purposes your new PIN must be mailed to you, it cannot be given out over the phone.
